Agreed, that's why this made its way to the Spew thread. On a side note, a few hands before on Kxxx 3 to a flush board board I bluff-raised his turn double barrel only for him to call and show up with QQ. That tilted me enough to lead to this hand. Most people are polarised when they double and triple barrel, but not him.

To my defense he has 89% steal from the SB and we have quite some history, but still pure spew IMO. Dunno, both our plays just make me laugh.

when you decide to treebet J8o and flop top pair, you can never fold no matter what. if you are folding it when you flop top pair then you can be exploited and you don't want to be able to be exploited so therefore 0 spew involved there

Surely we would not want to make a very EV- play just so we are not potentially exploitable in the future. Also I would think we are also exploitable if we always stack off with TPNK in 3b pots. You are not seriously saying I played that hand well
          11-12-2011 , 11:54 PM
The J8 hand is prob not a fold the way it was played. You could make a case for folding river but prob not gonna happen.
