I've looked into that table camping and it mentions about sitting out when the recreational player sits out, but still lurking around on the table waiting for the recreational player to re-join the action.

I definitely don't do that. In fact I'm one of the fairest players around; for instance whenever I get on a new table starters table, I always make sure to go through the big blind and small blind at least once, even if the table spawned full of regs.

I see some regs get dealt a few free hands and then quit just before the big blind comes round. For me that is unethical.

lol, I remember the Pokie account posting something about taking his "pee breaks" simultaneously with that of the recreational player, so I don't really buy the notion of absolute integrity in your post. Have however never seen you table camp or anything of the sorts and I play with you on a daily basis as of late, so kudos for that.
