I tried to make something out of my life but it turned out to be more like making nothing out of my life. Last couple years I've been playing some just not on stars. Wanted to go to Canada for recreational purposes anyway so here I am. Enjoying the challenge so far.

Most at that table are ~10bb/100 losers. I'm sure my ev on that table is higher than being on a table with one decent fish and 7 regs

Weird off topic point. The issues facing the game today are irrespective of what happened to short stackers. Things may be even worse now if the anti ratholing policies hadn't been introduced, who's to say? I doubt keeping all the short stackers would have made the tables any juicier at the moment. You can't honestly believe that?

It's a redundant question in the first place, obviously the worst countries are the ones with the lowest $'s lost per player (assuming equal populations). So Russia has likely been a huge net positive for poker where as Estonia has not. However it also seems like some very very clever individuals in Russia are also going to be what destroys online poker for many of us (bot rings, software etc etc) who have already taken incredible sums out of the game.

The point is whiners gonna whine and find the reason they are not doing so well elsewhere.
