yeah it basically means instead of making goals like i don't wanna be fat anymore making the goal of say losing 3 pounds per month by eliminating soda from my diet and doing a 30 min bike ride 3 days a week
i dont think its some sort of holy grail of goal setting but its an improvement on most. the thing with life goals is that not everything that counts can be counted and not everything that can be counted counts
