Yeah even an hour or 30mins would be great.
I don't see why it should be different than regular tables.

E.g let's say there's 3 regs on 4 entries + 1 rec player, there would be SH'ed tables who would work as a normal table for the 3 regs - meaning they stay at the table when they fold (except that seats are randoms obv), and the rec player would be placed on the first table available when he folds.
That way, instead of waiting in front of an empty table, rec player* plays and the pace of the game for him is still faster than at a normal table . We know how it'll go from there....
(not throwing that of my ass btw, there was same issue back in the rush days, i wrote them and they fixed it.... in *2days* (!) - obv get those games running is big rake-wise)
*yeah, i don't like the word "fish".

Re: ***The Official 2012 ZOOOOM Regulars thread***
short question
I've downloaded HEM update for ZOOM so it shows HUD, but it usually runs late like every 10th hand or so I have proper stats and in other cases the stats are from a lineup from a hand or two before. Anyone experienced this? Any solutions?

As I mentioned in the post above, Stars already have plans for this- it's just going to take a while.

Focus should be on starting 200 at 6pm UK, as this seems to be the time that the player pool starts to grow. As long as it starts, then it will keep going for around 12 hours...

My suggestion is still that we should try to co-ordinate a NL200 "start-time" of 1pm EST (6pm UK) each day. Perhaps we can get a list of regs who would be willing to join the player pool at this time as often as they can (it doesn't have to be every day.) Hopefully after a while, other players too will get in the habit of joining the pool and we can take NL200 off of Life Support. In addition, we could then look at trying to get the player pool kick-started even earlier in the day.
Quote, and add your name to, the list below to give us an indication if we have enough support for this to work.

Often if the game manages to start during peak times it keeps going until off-peak hours.

Re: ***The Official 2012 ZOOOOM Regulars thread***
smart.money on Skype
I won't be around til later than 6pm UK tomorrow as I'm taking my girls swimming, but we need to get as many regs as possible into the habit of joining the player pool at this time each day. It may take a while to take off, but if we're patient then I think this has a chance of being successful.
Also, in case anyone is unaware, each Zoom table now only counts as three regular tables (rather than four.) Previously, many players didn't want to have to "waste" tables by sitting in a near-empty Zoom player pool, however this shouldn't be an issue now.
