I don't think this is true. Its 5% of the full amount you cash for as far as I know.

Thats effectively what we did? I shipped you 5% of the bi, and you shipped me 5% of the bi, but no transfers take place because they negate each other.

well i think the main purpose behind swapping is the fact that u don't have to keep shipping 5%'s to all those different players before the tourny. No one thinks you're trying to pull a fast one... $40 means nothing to you or mayo, but just for consistencies sake it should be done correctly. As is, a if you swap x%, you're swapping x% of the total cash (not subtracting the buy in).
