My first session after Black Friday I dropped 20 buyins in about 2 hours. I imagine many of the -10 buyin stretches I've had have occurred in less than an hour as well

Anyone else who stacks their tables come across this problem, and if so any idea how to fix it? Here's the problem, explained in an email to support, with the response they gave me as well, obviously I have auto muck enabled...
____________________________________________

Good afternoon my great friends at support,

I have a quick question regarding the software, and am wondering if their is an option I do not know about in the client to help me with this. When I play, I generally stack 24 tables of 100nl full ring, as I'm sure you know when you do this everytime action is required on a table it then proceeds to "pop" to the front of the stack and becomes the table which you see, pretty much is amazing if you ask me. However there is one problem that I do come across. Every now and again (it seems to come in spirts), random tables not requiring action pop to the front, sometimes this causes me to misclick and perform action I do not wish to do, other times it is just annoying and causes me to fall behind on my action. I came to realize the reason when random tables pop to the front is after I when a pot at that table. Example being, I open a pot at a random table and everyone folds, I win the pot, while everyone is folding that table is somewhere under the top table which I have active action at, after everyone is done folding the table then pops up to the top of my stack (I assume to tell me that I won the pot).

My question is, is there an option in the client I do not know about that disables this table to pop to the front to tell me I won a pot for a few blinds, as it causes me to play slower and is pretty distracting as well?

Thank you for the help,

Natisfinest

Hello,

There is no option to turn off the behavior that you are describing here, mainly because the table in question should not come to the front when all your opponents fold to your open-raise. The only explanation I can think of is that you don't have auto-muck enabled, in which case the table would come to the front in order to let you decide whether to show your hand or not.

If you do have auto-muck enabled, I suggest you save your log files from the client and send them to us the next time this problem occurs. You can do this by going to Help -> Log Files -> Save Log Files to Zip and then attached the resulting file in your e-mail to us. The log files are only stored on your computer for 24 hours, so don't delay in saving them if this happens again.

Best Regards

Baard

i don't stack, but i think this may help. when using ninja go to Table control>cycling hotkeys lets say you use assign the LEFT arrow key to 'Cycle to 'first in line table', as soon as a table with no action pops up simply click the left arrow and it will give the table with action required. Hope this helps.
