No, that was incorrect. Several people pointed it out, but I dismissed what they were saying, sometimes sarcastically. I did apologise though.
However, it didn't make much difference to the points being made.
Ignore the old example now. We've put together a revised, clearer, corrected, more detailed model a few posts above that has included input from several people. (I will revise it further a little later with a more clearer lay-out proposed by PokerThun.)
