In theory, HM2 is better; easier to use with better options. In reality, HM2 is ABSOLUTELY SHlT due to the constant crashing, lag, and 101 other problems. DO NOT BUY IT. Once in a while someone will tell a good story about how they have no problems with it, but this is the exception. Even with a super-fast PC with go-faster stripes it runs as well as a drunk one-legged man wearing a stiletto.

PT3 is a little harder to use, but it is more than adequate, with no performance issues.

Very good point jrock, that tr was ****. Okay been only playing 5/10 and 10/20 nl so far out here with good success so far and avoiding fr PLO because play like a monkey. Other day played some 5/10/25 at rio and realized if I nit it up and take advg on my image that I would be able to do really well at these games. Was a girl in bed with me but she passed out so decided to take 35k out of the safe and walk to bellagio to play the 50/100 games that have been running there that scared me a bit. Played some 10/20 with adz and talked to him a bit while waited and then got on must move game and bought in for 15k, then 3b first hand from BB and bet twice to take it down. Played that table for like 30min before it broke and made like 5 or 6. Then eventually made it to other game running and had 3 seats, one to left of David benyamine and one to right. Obv I Jesus him and then he leaves 2 hands later

Saw a game in bobbys room at this time and asked what it was and told me 100/200 PLO so put my name on the list and was 4th. Figured if went well would play it. Played pretty tight and won most my hands at non showdown in good spots. 3b btn with KhKQh10 to 1k vs active kid and he flatted oop. AdJ3d flop and he c/c 1550, then 6h and he c/r my 3550 all in to 12.5k and called with wrap+2nd nfd, ran it twice and obv I run above ev to ship 30kish pot. Didn't see his hand.

Won few more pots and got called to bobbys room. Went and checked out tHe seat and was to left of random Persian type of older guy with Daniel Alaei to left and Brian Rast and Johnny fkn Chan to left left left. Everyone looking like who this kid, he ain't going to play when walked in. Decided to get my chips and legoooooo. They kinda razzed me a bit at first and said were playing 200/300 and min buyin 30k. Bought in 35k was rafeal Amit to Persian guy right who talked alot and his massage girl who was hot kept smiling at me. Then I started chatting with him a bit and loosened up because was tense as hell. Was another Persian older guy to chans left to. First hand I played raised AsAh9d5d utg to 1100 (iirc) and got 3 callers and cbet xxx all spades 2400 and took it down. Was planning to go fire 3. Defended my BB next hand vs Persian SB open with weak hand and gave up on flop. Few people left and was 5 handed now. Persian to right raised CO and I called J96d7d on btn and bb called. Flop was 922 and Persian cbet 1500 and I raised to 3900 and both folded. Game was then 4 handed with Rast to my left and Amit to his with original guy still on right. I opened AsQs4h5h utg and rast/persian called. Flop 10-8-3hhh and checked thru. Turn Qh and I c/c rast 1750 into 2700. River Ah and I c/c sigh call 4k and he says KJ and take down 15k pot. I didn't think I would get two streets very often and thought would be able to induce on flop/turn when checked to Brian but was kinda meh on river because didn't expect him to ever bluff that specific river when I c/c turn, which he wasn't. Does suck when he decides to fire 3 sometimes but I probably c/f river if that were to happen. Next hand of note Persian limp/called raise from SB when I had AJh10h8 and flop xxxhhh and I checked back. He bet 1200 on turn and c/f when I bet river. Checked back flush for similar reason as other hand and didnt really need a cbetting range on mono boards (meaning i dont think they will play enough with me to realize im cbetting my air and pot controlling my meh flushes) was able to induce a bet on turn and he quickly c/f river. Only other real hand of note was I open 900 in SB with KcQc107 and cbet 1400 on A-10-8 and bet 3600 on 5 turn to take it down. Thought he would have to fold his Axxx hands with like bdfd and gutter on that turn when he could be drawing dead and have rio to call some rivers vs my range. Was intending to bet a bunch of rivers. Played 5 more hands after that and game broke. I remember I 3b to 2700 (wtf that's huge) and cbet A high flop and took it down early on too. I was chatting it up bunch of the time and wasnt as nervous as I thought. Came back to hotel and had 47k more on me then when I left and showed it to naked girl in bed who I then had sex with and passed out.

Now I am on top floor of vdara in 2 story penthouse writing this while girl is sleeping

Think this might have been mentioned before but HEM2 is a piece of ****. Pity that PT does not want to introduce the vs hero stats as PT4 is the superior product in every other way

You flat a TAGs UTG open in BB with AKo flop comes KK5r you c/c turn comes A you check again he fires 2nd barrel, he prolly wont fire river if I flat since I can't really rep a mid pair like that any more, what do you think of almost a min CR here? Would you try this? Does it look like something he might spazz out on? Or do you just call and check again hoping he finds a way to fire 3rd? I understand the CR will have a very little % to work but I feel like he never bets rivers here so why not give it a shot?

^calling turn and leading river possibly has a better chance of inducing spaz.

If anyone is having issues with HM2 crashing, please send in the crash logs with your email address. If you don't send them in, we obviously can't get back to you with help, because we wouldn't have anyway of knowing it is happening. You can PM the link to me.

Performance is a lot better now than it ever was - and we are releasing a version soon that will have some stuff for computers that do not have as much ram/cpu.

Does not crash but very noticeable lag while playing a lot of tables on my fast new pc with 8gb ram etc. I am back to using HM1

Crashing is just one of many regular issues, including:

Freezing (without crashing)
Inability to close HM2 without using Task Manager
Lagging (although it was improved significantly when I disabled the Firewall)
Occasional misplacing of HUD stats on individual tables
"Refresh" button not responding until it pressed repeatedly, multiple times
Complete f*cking nightmare if the PC isn't shut-down correctly, with multiple procedures needed to get it up and running again.
etc. etc.

In short, performance is still abysmal. It's a shame because as I've mentioned in a post above, HM2's options and features are definitely better than PT. Unfortunately it's like having a really nice sports car that has a 330ml petrol tank: You look great in it as you pull away from your house, but as soon as you get to the end of the road, you have to push the f*cker all the way to the petrol station.

I finally gave up with it four days ago, and bought PT3.
