I regfish 99% of 100 regs.
07-02-2012 , 06:19 AM
standard procedure. odd stack sizes/1/2 tabling etc = fish mark. otherwise regfish marked. you'll do well to escape these colour codes.

Belarus/Ukraine/Russia/eastern euro ****holes = instant regfish too obv.

haha ok cool. : )

I seriously don't know how you could manage to not know the answer to your question if you've been even playing for some weeks. Whatever tho, not that it matters. I seriously didn't mean to be a dick (in this instance).

No worries Kreuz, I'm also a dick at times and can empathize when someone asks a stupid question, like I did.

i can think of 1 or 2 reasons why being a fish could be a problem.
07-02-2012 , 01:12 PM
Yet apparently you can't think of a reason why someone thinking you're a fish might be a good thing for you...
07-02-2012 , 01:28 PM
was a joke mate. easy on the defensiveness.

if a good reg thinks you are a fish/regfish for sure can make ur life tougher. He'll constantly be looking to get position on you and get you into spots, I am unsure how that could be a good thing. Constantly being picked on by a good reg.
I am not suggesting dsmith is good or that you are bad, but overall if another good reg wants to make ur life miserable he can.
07-02-2012 , 02:06 PM
Yup. I'd rather be seen as a good reg than a bad reg simply to avoid getting dicked with unnecessarily. So yeah it could be a bad thing.

Edit: also not implying that I am good or you are bad lol

i'd say if you're a decent reg but are viewed as a regfish, it's gonna make life difficult for you.

however, if you're a sicko and are viewed as a regfish, its party time.

It's starts at 8pm UK time.

Yes, board was Js 8x 7s 8s Kx, so he feared Ts 9s.

Hellmuth got lucky with AA v KK against an Asian businessman, but he played very nitty and made some awful plays. The worst one was this:

http://www.pokernews.com/live-report...hips.35134.htm

Unbelievable that he didn't shove river. To compound his mistake, shortly after he doubled up the same opponent.

-------

Also Seidel 6-bet/folded a hand.

Unlikely, and coverage was very poor anyway. Poor quality, and poor angles, with no on-screen graphics.

nice one, thanks

interesting how it seems a lot of the 'pros' are scared money in this compared to the mega rich business men.

shame we cant see if anyones been running any ridiculous bluffs (except seidel ofc)
07-02-2012 , 04:02 PM
15 of first 17 eliminated are pros.
07-02-2012 , 04:07 PM

Well, I said there was a possibility it "might" be a good thing, and I can definitely see arguments for both. I've had people sitting with me HU (who otherwise don't give action), obv. because they thought I was a total LAG idiot. They proceeded to call my value bets very lightly and I won quite a bit.

thats the coolest story i've ever head in my entire life
07-02-2012 , 06:21 PM
Not sure why I'm responding to your trolling, but obv. just trying to make a point, not bragging about winning a few buy ins.
