ROW Merge Cashouts:

RPM: Skrill, 1 day.
BCP: Skrill, 1day, Instadebit, 2 days.
Lock: Skrill, 2 days.
Carbon: Still waiting on a couple xfers before I withdraw, will update.

Average cashout was probably around 5k.

From site to payment processor is no vig.

Tried to explain this to you earlier, your 3% was instadebit's currency conversion fee. I think its midmarket rate+2% vig instadebit---->bank, but double check. That has nothing to do with merge.

You're likely just noticing it now as CAD has been<USD for awhile and is very close to being at par at the moment.

canadians (or other ROW people i guess) moving a decent amount of money around should really consider getting an oanda account, cashing out in us dollars to a us$ bank account, wiring to oanda, and then out to a canadian account. costs like $25 flat + wire fees and they take no vig on foreign exchange conversion

Work on getting skrill/moneybookers vip.

-1.75% Fx Fees
-RSA token protected account.
-Can make up to 50k deposits instantly and withdraws very quickly, so no need to ever keep a large BR on a site that may be at risk.

-US players may want to consider having a friend keep part of thier BR this way as well.
