As for this Disco 2nd date thing, first stop thinking of it as a date and treat it as hanging out, which will take pressure off you. I'd say stop worrying about small details like bringing a flower. It's really not gonna make a big difference either way. Personally I wouldn't give her a flower just yet. Also don't take her to dinner or a movie. Go somewhere where you can walk around, do free things, etc which will lead to much more interesting conversation than just sitting at a dinner staring at each other. Don't buy her a ton of ****. Above all, make her laugh. If she is smiling and laughing that's going to do much more for you than whether you got her a flower. Don't act like a douche and "neg" her, but be playful.

Also don't forget to slowly escalate the physical contact. Be assertive and take her hand and lead her. Start the contact early on. Make sure you end with a real kiss, don't want to end up in the friend zone. If the 2nd date goes well, then you can invite her over to your house to watch movies for the 3rd date and seal the deal.
