I would definitely say so. They attract a bunch of fish and once you hit one the reward should be a lot bigger than that of a reload bonus unless you've just joined the table. Buuuut, in 5-6 milestones promotions and grinding my ass off every damn time I've never hit one, but have seen just about every reg I've ever played with bink one. So there's that.
