serious question ..
When you are below 100bb, unless you are 150% sure V has AA, I don't think many people, if any, are folding KK to a 4-bet shove preflop...
How about when you are 300bb deep, when you are facing a 5-bet or 6-bet shove, do you consider folding KK here?
unless you have tons of history with V here, it's very hard to put him on a hand other than KK and AA ... agree? Even crazy Lag won't get out of line here that often ...
on the other hand, if you flat V's 4-bet, on a low board, we probly lose the whole stack anyway if he holds AA ... what's the best line here?
