Thats not correct

You only have 23% equity with all combo draws & QTdd, KJs and if you assign all NFD's QT and all combo draws your still only at 36% which isn't quite enought to make this a call. You forgot Q9s combo draw in your stove calculations. As you said it's easy to get ranges wrong in this spot which makes this a fold.

I think it's highly optimistic to assume a 400nl reg will be cold calling QTo out of the SB OOP in a MW pot and also highly optimistic that he will play a non combo NFD or QTs (non diamond) that way with the flop played out.

If you include the widest of ranges its still a fold, If you include only combo draws KJs, Ad5d and 55 its an ez fold

why do you keep including QTo? stop that. since there are a ton of combos of that (12) it is really distorting all of your numbers since it is one of the best hands we can face. maybe i can allow you to include 6 combos
