recent in the last few 6-8 weeks id say. Im not sure its random really, theyre trying their hardest to kick winning players off the network. its especially important for the skins with too high reg:fish ratio trying to keep more money online.

It is confirmed that Poker Stars was sold for 4.9 billion dollars yesterday....

Currently living in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I have his registered US address and a scan of his drivers license also, but will hold off for a couple days on that.

Situation:

Early April, I started staking Mark for 100-400nl on a couple non-stars sites.

A week in, Mark disappeared for 3 weeks. Came back with a really weak excuse, but seemed ready to grind so I gave him another chance.

From approximately 2 days after that on, I haven't heard from him. He still has both my stake money, and a small cut of April profit he owes me.

I first messaged both on skype, and email. (where he has replied to other people) I also text him, but the number I have is incorrect or no longer in service.

This week, I sent a mutual friend to his apartment twice, who first urged him to contact me, and then let him know that this post would be going up if he did not reply.

Despite this, Mark continues to ignore me, while playing outside of the stake on Stars. I have also found out that he has taken a loan/stake from another 2+2er to play on stars, which is a further violation of our staking contract. (Which he read/signed/agreed to)

Mark, if you see this, please reply ASAP. Even if you don't currently have the money, own up to it/try to work something out. Anything is better than silence.

Failing that, I will be forced to start contacting personal friends/family to try to get a hold of you next week.
