Because in 2008 he was sucking like hell in Full Ring (too loose, too aggro, playing too many tables w/o knowing the FR basics) ? Obviously he was not litterally the worst, I think he was breaking even, but I didn't like hime at this times 
And because he was kind of OKish in HU / SH (where you can play a lot more hands, w/o hurting your WR) ?

Maybe, at this time, I was looking PTR, and they had him around 0.9 - 1.1PTBB (obv not accurate because he posted a graf where he was at 1.74PTBB over 400k hands).
IN 2008, best regz like ranka666, EurekaKid or myself were winning at 3PTBB+ (the games were a lot softer back then).
Kelisitaan was crushing at 4PTBB+ (and NL400+ only)
I was considering regz with a winrate under 1PTBB like bad...
In 2013, I consider a winrate over 2PTBB long term like excellent. Over 3PTBB, you are a top regz. Over 4PTBB, you are probably the biggest bumhunter & skillz player on the site

Also PTR stopped tracking FTP well for like a year before it went down. Would not be surprised if he took a mill from the games.
