2/5 eff 1k

H - Active and aggressive. Haven't shown down bluff
V - Unknown young girl with lots of makeup. Tight

Folds to us in CO with 99. We open 20
V makes it 80 from BB. We call

Flop ($160) Q46
V checks, we check

Turn ($160) 5
V leads 125, we call

River ($410) 8
V checks

Anybody like a bluff here to get her off TT/JJ?

Changed my mind again. You have a lot more straights in your range. Bluff away make it big.

Presumably you bet fds on the flop so she can't put you on those as easily. Most people don't turn 99 and tt here into a bluff otr so your hand will look a lot like 77 67 57 87 type stuff

Guess it comes down to if you think she's got a fold button postflop. Some of these tight ones are not finding a qx fold here that, somehow took this line

Think there's some merit to discussing flop. Even though you might get c/cd by better (or crd which is demoralizing) I think the hand plays better betting the flop. Going to make bluffing later streets more credible if you deem it necessary. Also when they fold ak it's good

Also turn sizing is big 125 into 160. Might be better to fold there

Your hand could very well be the best at this point, why turn it into a bluff when you have a lot of showdown value.

Hand from her perspective: If you had TP or better, wouldn't you have bet the flop?

Since you didn't, by river why should she fold TT?

I know you have more 7s in your range than she does, but you still don't have very many of them. Ditto 2p hands. I can't see why she'd fold TT/JJ.

It seems like she played this hand pretty straightforward. Either she has AK and you win and she wouldn't call anyway, or she beats you and prob won't fold. So unless you have a live read, I don't think betting river is wise. Though I do agree with pokerarb, that if you're gonna bet, you have to bomb it, over psb.
