Also against this tight guy I dont really need to be balancing as I won't play him nearly as often to require any balance at all.

Well the only player who has a range worth calling your 3bet is the OR imo. Fish is folding like every time when we squeeze here. When I said remain balanced I meant in this spot, against this villain who you depicted as solid checking this board should be weighted more towards air than anything else and basically we are turning our hand face up. If we were heads up with the fish than it does not matter, but against a villain who should be able to realize hand ranges I would rather keep it wide and bet the exact size i would with KK+. Thats just my opinion though, I am not saying that you need to focus on your ranges and keeping them balanced or whatever, I actually don't even think of balance in that way but that's a whole other convo. But I think we agree that if we were villain and were faced with a check on this flop our reads would be that our JJ was probably good a decent amount wouldn't u agree? Now if we were villain and facing a bet/bet/jam line on any run out of community cards with those same JJ or QQ or whatever is in villains 3bet calling range it is now a guessing game and a very tough spot. But if your goal was too keep the fish in I don't think 3betting was the best idea. I def agree that isolating fish is the best but playing against regs can be profitable too.
