100NL deep and im confused...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (7 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($113.70)
UTG ($574.73)
MP1 ($250)
MP2 ($119.28)
CO ($177.83)
Hero (Button) ($267.29)
SB ($250.48)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J, J
1 fold, MP1 bets $4, MP2 raises to $16, 1 fold, Hero raises to $35, 2 folds, MP1 raises to $65, 1 fold, Hero calls $30

Flop: ($148.90) 4, K, 10 (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($148.90) 7 (2 players)
MP1 bets $75, Hero folds

Total pot: $148.90 | Rake: $2.80

MP2 seems like a sweet whale who just lost a rather big hand with some retarded ~3rd pair type of call down.
Villain is unknown, this is the first time i prob ever encountered him at the same table (cause i dont normally play deep tables higher than 50NL) but i've seen him play deep tables often. Anyway from stats he seems nitty 13/10 at that time, no other reliable info since i only have like 50 hands on him.
However since he's a deep table only reg he must be running a lot laggier than this, so anyway i'm clueless in this hand except for pre which must be a call due to odds, no?

I am not sure about the implied odds on such a call. I fold pre.
