villain is 34/28 LAG with 9.8% 3bet and 10% from the blinds

cont bet 4 of 4 in 3 bet pots

I felt like he was taking a stab at the pot on the flop and when the second T came he saw a bluffing opportunity. I didnt feel he would ever play a T this way let alone have one in his range except ATs which i block.

I didnt want to just call OTT incase he was bluffing with better (22,44, AK AQ ect)

It's very spewy. His turn check-raise is never a bluff.

Also, his flop bet is rarely a stab. If he was bluffing he'd bet bigger.

These villains are free money, but there's a way to play against them and it's not by forcefully trying to bluff them off of hands.
