Re: 100NL AA, Line check vrs Vini
lol... well to be fair the meta-game that early in my career w/vini was pretty nitty
thought I had really bad rio on that board and was never getting called by worse. I still don't think it's that bad, given what was going on at the time.

you have to understand the meta game here. Those plays would be super obv with AA.
OP; I think any big raise is gonna look like AA, best thing to do is to minraise/fold preflop.
Think about it, if you fold AA, there is NO WAY he puts you on them. You'd be sacraficing a small amount of equity for TONS of confusion equity down the road. You muck the aces, then from that point on he can NEVER get ANY read on what types of hands you are folding; that's obv enough right? And, indirectly, if your opponent is completely in the dark about what hands you are folding he is likewise unable to tell which hands you might be playing.
Muck Aces preflop; super level. Then on he never knows if you're folding JTs, KK, or 72o.
Well played but i think you'd have picked up more confusion equity showing them, hope you did

Honestly this is bothering me. Can anyone pull themselves away from the levelling webs and gimme a straight answer here;
Is this OP for real or an entire thread meant as nothing but a level?
Obviously we have to bet flop and if we do x the flop back we are doing so for pot control and/or TO INDUCE BLUFFS, no? So we x back aces on the flop (under repping our hand) and we then fold to a single bet on a total brick OTT. There is no way the OP honestly thinks this is super standard right?
I tap out...I lose the level war...someone just tell me if this dude is joking in OP.
I mean it would obv be a joke if it wasnt for the fact that there is a real hand convertor that shows these exact actions.
Would someone go to that much trouble just to screw with someone's head? Actually waste his aces and make a -EV play then post a thread about it. WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON HANDS??
Or is this guy really not c-betting aces on wet flop then folding to one bet on the turn?

Re: 100NL AA, Line check vrs Vini
this thread should be stickied as a reminder of what mindless nit rakeback grinders PS has created with their oh so player friendly loyalty program
most impressive move they've ever made is turning everyone into rake mining slaves and then somehow convincing everyone they're the heros of internet poker
