can't remember where you're from, but if it gets to 34 then it's most likely a place where you don't have to post rounds in the winter. just go out and have fun no matter the weather because it really doesn't matter.
a couple of suggestions from someone that plays year round in the rain and cold: you pretty much can't have enough hat options, and you also can't have enough pairs of rain gloves. i've gone through 4 pair of gloves in a round before because after 3-4 holes i'm wringing water out of them.
not sure if you walk or ride, but the sun mountain H2NO line of waterproof golf bags are fantastic. pretty sure i could spray them down with a hose and nothing inside would get wet.
you might also consider changing out your wedges to a winter set with a different bounce than you play in the dry summer/fall months if turf conditions will be soggy.
