Used, but about half-price of an original new set. I've never had a proper set of wedges before - just a mish-mash of whatever was left over from previous clubs (T-Zoid True, TP-9 etc). I've used Mizuno irons for most of my golf life, so I hope these will work for me!

After trading in some old equipment I had $250 in credit at RBG. Since I really don't NEED anything I just grabbed a bunch of random crap:

Switched my 909 D2 for a 913 D2 today, as well as got rid of my Cobra S5 5w for a 915F 3w.

Cheaper that way. Don't really lose much in the tech anyway when talking drivers.

Just got fit for the Cobra F7 one-length 4&5 irons. Demo day today and was loving the cast over the forged. Longer and higher ball flight. Had to order with non-stock shaft so gotta wait a week.

Super excited to have great ball striking all the way thru the set. Never have been comfortable hitting the 4&5.

Just the 4 and 5 irons, interesting. Guessing to keep correct gaps in your irons you have to bend the lofts, or do they already take that into account?

who's signatures are those and what is the significance of the balls with 9 hole & 18 hole scores on them?

Signatures are from the players when I volunteered at the CME Championship last November. In order: Gaby Lopez, Angela Stanford, MJ Hur, Angela Stanford again, Kris Tamalus and Jacqui Concolino.

The 35s are my career 9 hole lows and the 73 is my career 18 hole low.

They take that into account. The clubs come standard a little stronger lofted than a normal 4 or 5 iron would. They also add weight to the head to keep the swing weight where you want it. I normally carry my 5i about 185 with 200ish total distance. (when I catch it flush) They had trackman set up and I was flushing the cobras almost every shot and finishing 200. Hit my own 5 to compare and theirs at the same length as my 7i was so much easier to hit. My 5i was actually a couple yards shorter on average and I only hit it flush 50%.

I only wanted the longer irons because I love my Apex Pro's, just not good with long irons and didn't want hybrids. Also having 8i-PW in the same length as my 7i would be hard to adjust to I think.

They are a bit heavier than your average wedge, but they suit me to the ground!

i really like the chrome soft balls, but when i play them they are all whites.
as mentioned before itt, i have a good friend (who's a 5 hc) that plays the red soccer balls because he really likes the visual feedback on the greens...they let you know exactly how well you're rolling your putts.

red! never have to wonder if that ball in the prickly bush is mine or not

Anyone use refurbished ProV1x's or golf balls in general?

I earn points at work and they had a Garmin GPS in the store so I bought it. I don't need anything fancy with my GPS and reviews seemed good enough.

There is a difference between refurbished and used. Always get used.

I buy used all the time, work great.

Yeah you don't ever want to buy a resurfaced golf ball. There's no reason to "refurbish" a used golf ball unless it's badly damaged. And in that case doing anything to it will just hide the damage and it's anyone's guess how it will perform. But you can be sure it won't perform at 100%.

This club is awesome - my new feel club for every shot under 100 yards.

I buy a mixture of Pearl/grade 1/grade 2 Titleist balls and use them depending on the time of year.

I'm not good enough to use balls that cost the same new for 12 as I pay for 60-100 depending on the grade.
