I think not... And (if he was a regular dude) he's at a point where he's either gotta shave it off, or give plugs a whirl.. I knew a couple of guys in Thailand with plugs, and at first I really couldn't tell. And then something struck me: 'whoa, his hair is really thick.' Then I took a closer look, and noticed that their hairline went PERFECTLY straight across. There just wasn't any variation. If it wasn't for that, I really wouldn't have been able to tell. I've seen other people with plugs, and they really just looked painful, with these, it looked natural, other then what was already mentioned. The technology is there.

I believe Tiger refusing a breath test will make this far worse. They don't want this as an example that you are better off refusing.

A lot of people understand a guy getting together with a woman. It isn't illegal. He was handcuffed, booked and jailed. Serious in many people's eyes.

Automatic arrest and suspension of licence. Not an automatic conviction or extra punishment, but you are correct they might go out of the way to **** him. But if he comes back under the limit because he sobered up before the blood test pretty sure only licence suspension sticks.

Definitely different times. Tiger (if he was white) in the 1960s would have been given an escorted ride home personally by the police and tucked into bed. Easily could have happened now even. Perhaps it was his 'arrogant' attitude (if true) that caused the arrest to happen vs. a warning.

So, no alcohol involved because he says so. Why avoid a breathalyzer then? Proving DUI is a lot harder with meds than alcohol which is an exact figure. Everyone in this country is on prescribed medication. It is much easier for a good lawyer to beat "he was acting drunk" than he "statistically was drunk".

I don't know much about license suspension but I take it that applies to every state. What about international? Can he pilot a boat? If he refused breathalyzer, I think his license is automatically suspended.

I have a special affinity for him. I played against him in junior golf and actually beat him straight up in match play once. Will save that story for a different day though.

I am intrigued about back surgery (I work in the medical field) plus I am curious if refusal of breathalyzer is indeed +EV. I have always thought you shouldn't do that because you give up any chance of being found completely not guilty.

Plus, I do think today is truly rock bottom and we 'may' witness the charge back and I want to be part of history. Or this was just a slow news day and I was bored and trying to do anything but do real work...
