If you minus out the drugs and suspensions, most of them would take going back to be 30 years old and having the fire power of Dustin Johnson not mention his dating life.

If Tiger could trade in 15 wins for 5 more majors then he would instantly ship the wins.

Duh but he's an outlier.

Theres so much variance in golf sometimes having 4 golf majors over inflates winning them and under inflates winning regular pga events. Obv tiger was crushing the majors for a while but he also crushed the regular tour at the same time. I bet a lot of guys on tour care less about the majors other then the winning an event, exemptions and the prizemoney then youd think.

Obviously Clarke would trade his Open win for 5 more Euro tour wins and Westwood would rather bink a big one at this point than 5 PGA tour titles but any pro who hasn't won before should take 5 tour wins before taking one major. I can't imagine Jack trading the 86 masters for 10 more wins even if that would put him ahead of Tiger on both lists.

Kuch certainly wouldn't trade his 11 wins for 1 masters, but if you offered him 3 wins next year or the Masters he would snap take the Masters. So you just can't put a number to how many tour wins equals a major because it is so dependent on the situation.

I wish I worded it this way from the start. Well put

I don't think Clarke would make that trade. He won the Open right after his wife passed and I'm guessing it's way too special to him.

Give Tiger the choice of 10 more wins or 2 more majors from here out. I think he takes the wins and crushes the wins record.

Well he's already a lock for 10+ wins. It's the majors that are still questionable.

Yeah I said would when I mean't wouldn't. Pretty sure Clarke wouldn't trade his Open for 10 more wins

I wonder what odds I can get on Rory to win the Grand Slam next year. Even money?

Which scenario do you mean.

Consecutive Slam: he wins 2015 Masters and US Open (to go with 2013 Open and PGA)

Career Slam: Wins Masters (2015)

Calendar Slam: All 4 in 2015

If you are talking all 4 in 2015, even money is not even close.

More like 35 to 1 to 50 to 1.

Lol.... When we were watching TV live that day my wife said she is flirting. I thought is was more of a coincidence. Really did not think she was hot enough for Rory to notice.

No chance it was a coincidence. And it's not like Woz was anything super special. Rory probably has a radar like Tiger.

Closer to 3500 to 1 than 35 to 1 imo. Maybe even 35000 to 1.

Just shows how hot/lucky/godly Tiger was to win 4 majors in a row.

Even if he's 4 to 1 to win each major, which is really optimistic, he's still only 624 to 1 to win all of them next year. Betting at 70 to 1 is pretty insane.

70 to 1 is being like 1.9 to 1 to win each major.
