Weather there looks OK as I type this, and they've got plenty of time for the final round, but you're likely going to be right. I live 23 miles away and five minutes ago the rain started coming down in buckets.

I remember he was way down the alternate list but I thought it was injuries getting him in. They just didn't want to play? That was a near-boycott year I think over the no women's members. Weird.

Horn getting blown here within the hour, probably a lot sooner.

I think the main takeaway nowadays is the field is just incredibly good/deep.

Good to see BROOKS doing work. What's with these weird pairings for the final round? Why aren't the leaders playing together?

They are probably using the same pairings they used for the 3rd round. That way players will all get the same break between rounds. Also means they can start the 4th round before the 3rd round ends. Little things like this can mean the difference between finishing on Sunday vs. finishing on Monday.

They are trying to get the tournament in. Decided not to repair for 4th round. Hate it but had to be done. Sort of takes some of the pressure away from Walker, doesn't have to stand and watch Day bomb the ball 400 yards and roll in putts on his ass.

Glad I was wrong about the noon delay. Hopefully it can be competed today, although with a final pairing time of 3:16, not much room for error.

Well, yes and no. Hopefully they don't compromise the integrity of the tournament like they did 2 years ago in an effort to finish play on Sunday.

Final round of a major and CBS takes time to show us some camera man's new granddaughter. Awesome.

Aside from Grace, this has been a slow start to the fourth round.

Now Day and Stenson each holed their first birdies. Grace needs at least -12.

If it's a German name as I suspect, the "oe" is the anglicized version of the o-umlaut, which is sort of a cross between an "uh" and "eh" sound.

"Kep-ka" would be close but not quite correct in other words.

(more than you wanted to know I'm sure)

I dare Nantz to use this when Walker rolls in the final putt.
