I have been charged with finding a good spot for a guys trip with ample golf to be had.

We live in San Diego (Most likely everyone attending will be from nearby).

It would be nice if it were driveable to keep the expenses down.

Does anyone have experience with a trip to St George?
Is it reasonable to do a day trip to MEsquite from there?

Most of us have golfed enough in Arizona to not want to go there.


Would appreciate suggestions.

Haven't played golf in St George. Mesquite should be a good option.

At George has good golf with sand hollow and conestoga being tow I’ve enjoyed

Nightlife can be lacking but if it’s just golf, eat and chill with friends st George would be a good option from so cal

We did a trip to St George with 4 buddies rented a house and loved it. There were more than enough courses to play

We could not get on Entrada that trip but had played it earlier. A must play the back 9 is wild through the lava fields

Sand Hollow and Sky Mountain great as well

We were playing Sand Hollow I do believe and had the first tee time . We got there and the guy tells us he is letting a group of 6 ahead of us. Were like a group of 6 this will be the slowest round ever.
One of the guys comes up to me and thanks us and says dont worry youll never see us after we tee off. They proceed to tee off 2 at a time and we never saw them.Buddy goes you know who that guy was.? Me nope It was Zac Blair

Short drive to St George (30 minutes) as well Must play Wolf Creek as well
