How do I know? I'm not in his head. Doesn't have much to do with what I posted anyway. The end result is nothing happening, and everyone focusing on some tiny irrelevant thing instead of the tournament as a whole

yea I didnt notice anything really that abnormal in the entire interview
was expecting much more with how much it was hyped up

Is Byrd as slow as it seems like he is? I'm not too familiar with who are considered to be the worst offenders when it comes to slow play (other than Crane) but Byrd seems maddeningly slow.

I'm not sure 16 man invitational events are eligible to send their winner to this tournament.
Still amazed people would decline a chance to play this event and its guaranteed paycheck. I do understand Tiger/Phil at peak level declinations since they are in such high demand, but the anyone below the top handful saying no makes no sense. Certainly the wife/kids aren't a hard sell, and the course seems to be liked by the players for the most part. Plus it's a 2-for-1 for most of these guys since they can play the Sony next week.

Do they not have his shot on 17 recorded? I didn't see it live on the broadcast and in the interview they didn't show it either, instead showing the putt on 18. How can they not have his shot on 17???

pretty sure Byrd is considered a slow player. Furyk is so slow on the greens, his putting routine is the worst, JB Holmes is slow, Na is slow and obviously Crane
Re: Official 2012 PGA Tour (non-majors) discussion thread
Byrd may be slow but he and Michael Bradley are both playing like total ass and yet are in position right behind Stricker and Laird, who are having good days.
