The Euro Tour has already started but the American based circut - the PGA Tour - begins today in sunny Hawaii.

Defending champion Geoff Ogilvy cut his right index finger on a reef Tuesday and required 12 stitches. Kelly Tilghman of Golf Channel has reported that Ogilvy will withdraw making Ogilvy the first defending Tournament of Champions champion to not defend since Jerry Barber in 1961.

Removed Ogilvy from my fantasy lineup 2 hours before the tournament started having no clue he wasn't going to play. Phew!

The video is on pgatour.com for Bubba's shot, pretty sick. Although, it looks to me he may have mi**** it judging by how far short of the green it bounced, but what do i know?

I don't think it was a mi****. That was driver off a severe down slope, I think it came off almost exactly as he planned it.

Like he said in his interview, he hits driver off the deck semi regularly, so while a cool shot, I think the level of difficulty for Bubba was probably like a 7/10, with 5 being average.

Camilo disqualified this morning as a result of a phone-in viewer. Yesterday, he chipped a ball to an uphill green and it started rolling back towards him. Before it came to rest, he flicked a piece of the divot out of the way and didn't take a penalty for it.
