If you want to get a new driver it would help I'm sure, with club head speed that high you are in stiff shaft territory, the spin rate is super super high and you need to find something with low spin if possible.

Over all, though, there's something unathletic about your move that a pro could identify and explain better than simply 'unathletic'. I got some David Leadbetter DVD's a while ago, and they had a ton of drills on them.. Basically, a drill for every mistake in the swing. I did a lot of those drills as they applied to me, and it helped me a lot.

I don't mean this in a mean way, just stating a fact and then moving on, the swing looks unathletic because it looks like Ed is not athletic in his body type or set up. I think you probably have a bit too much weight on your toes instead of the balls of your feet and you could get a little more bend at the waist in the set up fwiw.
Yeah Ed as you said, you aren't taking a full back swing really, its more than just shoulders though, you aren't getting nearly enough rotation from your waist either, its basically an "arms swing" which is why it doesn't go very far even though its very consistent. One quick thing might help your driver immediately and that is the way you set up you have the ball lined up almost with the heel of the driver and it appears you hit it off the heel at least a little on every swing. I don't think you are hitting any balls off the center of the club, get some impact tape and you can easily check it at the range though.
I totally agree with DickPound that the set up is closed (feet are lined up right of target and shoulders to the left), ideal would be square but if not square the exact opposite is much much better, try to exaggerate it the other way and practice a bit. Also randomly after setting up to hit the ball put your club down your foot line and step back and check it, it will take awhile to get consistent. Feel that you are lined up more to the left of your target, but that your upper body is coiled a little at set up (this is another way of saying shoulders slightly closed in relation to foot line). Then think about hitting the ball out to right field. I know right now your ball moves from left to right, but its counter intuitive, you need to try to think about hitting the ball further to the right in your swing, and it will start more square and not fade as much, long run you will learn to hit a straighter ball and maybe a draw.
You don't need to hit drivers to work on this btw, your 7 iron swing is exactly the same, so work on a mid iron most of the time, you will be able to tinker around and see what the ball flight looks like, whereas tinkering with the driver you will hit so many "disaster" balls because of inconsistent contact while tinkering you won't get nearly as good of feedback until the changes are more ingrained. How far do you hit that 7 iron btw? I would expect your lack of distance to be true for all your clubs.
One final thing, you said you hit a lot of fairways, well, if you want to get better long term and hit it further, you are gonna spray it around for awhile while working on changes, so don't be surprised if it feels like you are getting a lot worse at golf before you get better. Or that you are hitting it good on the range and then its a disaster on the course (when new thoughts and old habits are fighting each other more and probably resulting in no distance gained and worse accuracy for awhile).
