One of the longest running caddie/ player relationships has come to an end.

Paula Creamer's longtime caddie, Colin Cann, will carry her bag for the final time in this week's CME Tour Championship.

Well my group all started at even par and that's where they all finished. There was a delay on the 5th hole a few groups ahead of us because there was a snake in the bunker and nobody wanted to volunteer to get rid of it.

MJ Hur can hit it pretty good, her putting wasn't good. Hyo Joo Kim does a lot for only getting it 240ish off the tee. Karine Icher was +3 at one point today and got it back to even.

Ladies on the 8th tee.

My souvenirs after the round. From left to right Hyo Joo Kim, Karine Icher and MJ Hur.

Had Gaby Lopez (last) and Kris Tamulis (2nd to last) as the last group off of the 10th. Went and sat on the range a bit before I started.

In Gee Chun says good morning.

Hanging around waiting. Did a lot of that since it was only a twosome.

Both ended up shooting -3 on the day.

My reward.

Nice. Shame about the shabby pairing today. 11 birdies by Lydia today, that's not bad I think.

My group today was Jacqui Concolino, Angela Stanford and Eun-Hee Ji. Concolino shot a 68 to finish at -4 for the tournament. Stanford shot +2 I believe. She doubled 18 after putting one in the water. She also finished with a triple on 9 after blading her bunker shot over the green into the pine straw, hitting a bad chip, then 3-putting.

Concolino loves to smoke some heaters on the course. I don't think Eun-Hee said a word to anyone the whole round. Both Standford and Concolino were good.

Waiting on the 7th.

My reward for a job well done (Concolino and Standford).

After the round I decided to go back out and watch the last few groups.

So Yeon Ryu walking too fast for me after a missed short birdie putt on 17.

Ko during a (relatively) good moment off of a birdie at 17.

We have come to the close of the 2016 LPGA season. In my opinion, it was in many ways one of the most exciting seasons ever. Every week we were treated to exciting and competitive tournaments.

Rating the 2016 LPGA Rookies - Final Analysis:

Let me start by saying that 2016 was not a very good year for LPGA rookies. Only 6 of the 29 rookies finished in the top 100 on the 2016 money list.

Lots of good story lines coming into this one. I'm curious to see how Aditi Ashok fares. She has won the last 2 LET events. Getting India interested in golf can't be a bad thing. She also doesn't have a sponsor as of yet. How is some company that does business in India not all over this?

There is a ton of tournament experience in that field, it's crazy to think that quite a few reasonably familiar names will have no status on the LPGA tour.

I was a little bummed to see the weirdness that was the Swinging Skirts event go away, then happy to see that they're going to be the title sponsor to the Taiwan event instead.

Schedule looks strong and it's a Solheim Cup year.

Only one ever for me. Paired with a lady once and her husband for 9 holes. She was in her 60s, played from the white tees and shot low 40s. Found out she played college golf.

They played 90 holes over a grueling 5 day period, but it all ended Sunday with 20 players earning their category 12 playing cards.
