Europe still has a good chance to win. The Americans have more out of form players. Stanford, Wie, Inkster, and LOLKim have been all pretty poor. Lang and Hurst haven't done much. And Lewis really had a shocker Saturday morning but was much better in the fourball.

Combine that with the lousy weather predicted which should favor Europe, and you have a formula for a home win.

While I really hope you're right, I can't see the US losing the singles-part when going into this with an even score from the first two days. They're very good at that bit.

Historically, the Europeans have had more dead weight on their team. My point was this year that is not the case.

Historically, USA has won 65% of singles points in the US, only 56% in Europe.

Are the Americans the bookies' favorite? Yes. Is Europe toast? Not so fast my friend.

Ha, I didn't buffer enough and the recording stopped for me at 9:30 local time with US looking to have it pretty well in hand. I go online to find out that they lost. Must be pretty hard for those at the back end who blew their chances (Wie, O'Toole, Stanford). And of course Kerr will beat herself up over it big time even though she shouldn't.

Munoz and Reid are pretty cute by the way, or at least it appears that way from what we could see.

Pretty powerful stuff from Sophie Gufstafson. She has a really bad stuttering problem so she has always avoided the camera, but she gave it her best for this year's Solheim.

I just tuned in and have no idea which one missed the putt but in the playoff I'll be rooting for the one with the hair because she is less indistinguishable than the other asian players
