I can't get any distance hardly on any of my iron shots (3-7)
i only hit my pitching wedge and 9 iron and 8 iron well when its back in my stance, ive tried ball back in stance for other irons and nothing, i can't hit those irons well at all.
I also can't get much distance on my driver, i fixed the slice but the distance is barely over what a typical persons 4 iron would be. any tips would be great

Stand further away from the ball after you hit it.

Don't put it back in your stance with your long irons. It sounds to me like you de-loft everything, and people that do that reach a point of diminishing returns with their distance. So lofted clubs go too far relative to the low lofted ones.

Post a vid or get a lesson from a pro imo.

If your long irons go the same distance as your short irons, then you are probably delofting the club face of your long irons by casting the club at the ball, instead of down and through the ball. I am guessing you also have trouble with bad slices and an over the top swing (divots will point left of target)?

To work on fixing this problem, take smooth and relaxed swings, avoiding the temptation to swing at the ball with your hands. Instead work the club from the inside (dropping right elbow first), and allow the ball to simply get in the way of the club on its way down and through the target line, as you make a full follow through. When you make a good swing, it will feel as if you are compressing the ball into the ground with a pure striking sound, and your hands will be in front of the ball at impact.

Down and through...down and through...
