Re: Need Course Suggestions for Vegas Next Week Please Help

Do yourself a favor, stop everything and drive to Wolf creek in Mesquite if you're still out there.

Winter Golf in Vegas

From what I see it seems this is going to cost me an arm and a leg. I just want to play reasonable golf without spending too much every month. What are some cheap courses around here and does anyone know of memberships or specials this winter.

It's awesome if you're playing well. But it's pretty brutal and miserable if you aren't.

No way its a treat to play at any level. I was a 19 handicapper and loved it a few years ago.

OK here is the trick to cheap golf in Vegas for the tourist.

Sign up for e-mail specials at this site www.golfnow.com Make sure you specify Vegas deals only and everyday you get some specials

Here are the courses I would play

Tuscany
Badlands
Desert Pines
Boulder Creek
Rhodes Ranch
Sienna

Either way fall golf will be the priciest but you can find some deals

I could see why you say that actually. Its a love it or hate it course. Very tight and not long but I liked it and was in great shape. Personally I am not a fan of the Walters courses. Over priced in my opinion.

i played it about a month ago or so and i didnt think it was in good shape. i havent played it since over-seeding (assuming they do it there same time everyone else does) so i should really give it a second try.

I played it in May and it was in great shape. Though catching a course around overseeding time will leave you a bad impression everytime

How are bali hai and primm valley lakes? I would pay the 230-280 for a 2some if they are high quality. I've never golfed out there. I have a trip planned in early January.

Both Overpriced and not worth it if its 220 a person. If $220 for both of you try bali Hai over Primm Will you be cabbing it or have a Rental?
