To do something like the above, you'll want a higher speed camera (higher frames per second). To draw lines & split screen, you'll probably want a simple, home version of some teaching software - V1 or JC video works great with pc's (about $30-50), for mac's Analyzr is the way to go. You won't need a pro version with any of them.
