Nice win for Fowler. OWGR shows it was a tougher field than the Deere, which I actually thought was fairly deep, although obviously lacking some top names..

Love watching the Swiss Open/European Masters - one of the definitive highlights of tv golf each year.

Such an amazingly beautiful course.

We already said good-bye to the legend Ivor Robson at the Open. Today is the final round of his last event in Dubai, and he just sent off his final game. Kinda cool that in the last group off was Rory, who is one back.

Rory and Spieth just hit their first tee shots. I think the Euro tour needs more love this year.

Spieth needs to speed up his game for Europe though!

If DeChambeau keeps playing like this, it's only a matter of time before TaylorMade comes out with a set of equal-length irons. Guy is a pretty phenomenal ball striker.

Just read about that. Seems like a good policy though.

Spieth - Fowler - McIlroy must have been the most boring group to follow today. :|

How do euros do tee times? Spieth is finished with his third round while guys who started the day in a worse position than him haven't even teed off. It makes no sense.

They have had fog delays on two days, so some people had to finish round 2 off today and some people have to finish off round 3 tomorrow. I guess this meant that some people (late starters of round 2 with poor scores) played their 3rd round out of normal position to get things moving on.

^^
Adding to the above - I just checked, and there were 17 groups after Spieth/McIlroy/Fowler on day 2, and I know that their group had to play 5 holes this morning to finish round 2, so they certainly couldn't wait for round 2 to complete before starting round 3 - hence the mixed-up 3rd round order.
