Links golf is so good, just such a change from watching the usual boring courses we see every other week.

Peter Alliss is the best commentator ever. I could listen to him commentate anything and it would be amazing. I hope ESPN brings him back for the Open like they have the past couple of years.

Plus the European tour shows most of its golf live as opposed to the PGA Tour on network TV which is around 75% taped.

That's not true at all, unless you mean for Euro audiences.

Had fun today at the Made in Denmark tournament and I think Joel Sjoholm and a few other players did as well https://m.facebook.com/story.php?sto...27&id=22605451

Hopefully Broberg is too far back to get close and we'll have an awesome weekend of golf in tough conditions ahead of us.

In other news Daniel Im has 3 new fans :-)

If anyone likes to watch the pros struggling in tough but fair conditions be sure to tune in to the Euro Tour tomorrow. Should make for a great finish :-)

Ridiculously impressive 66 by Marc Warren today.

Watched the most of the broadcast today. Always nice to see golf close to your own country. Too bad no Swede or Dane could make a real move

short TR:

the weather was great but the course is pretty nondescript. not much character to the layout. this is the first tourney i've been to that had the range closed off to fans. not sure why this was the case b/c many ppl enjoy spending some time at the range and watching the pros go through their warm-ups.

i followed Peter Uihlein for most of his front nine. i didn't like how he carried himself .. sort of depicted the stereotype of a silver spoon kid with his manners and such.

the Euros love rocking the J. Lindeberg golf collection. many players were sporting their stuff.

didn't here any fans yelling stupid stuff like you here on the PGA Tour which was nice. downing free Pilsner Urquells was also very nice.

-9 thru 12, par is 72

this is after shooting rounds of 73 Sat and 76 yesterday. i could be wrong, but i don't think a 59 has ever been shot on the lolEuro Tour (i'm pretty sure they said this after the recent Champions Tour 59).

edit: gg .. just made a 7 on a par 3

Poulter, Westwood & Gallagher get the picks from Paul McGinley.

I like all those picks. Gallacher is on form, Poults is Poults. Westwood is the only question mark but I'd still take him over any of the non-qualifiers ahead of him on the list with his experience.
