I've also got a set of Rocketbladez Tours 4-pw with c-tapers in them I wouldn't mind selling.

Lastly, I've got a Rocketballz Tour driver with a DJ7-x in it that I'm not playing anymore.

Will all be listed on golfwrx as soon as I close my listing for some shirts I'm selling, but thought I'd throw it out here as well.

Won a pair of Adidas Tour 360 ii's at a golf function over the weekend. White/khaki/black. Size 11.5 - which isn't my size and they weren't from the pro shop (they were donated as part of a fund raising deal) so no ability to exchange.

$75 shipped (US only) - brand new in box

PM if interested

I'm cheap. I built my own shaft extractor and my own bar for bending clubs. I did shell out the cash for the vise that holds the clubhead tho.

Little tip for regripping your clubs. I've done it this way for years and never had one issue and it is such a time/money/grip saver.

I cut the old grips off because they are usually put on with 2-sided tape and saving worn out grips is pointless, but when you put your new ones on... Just use masking tape. Get the wider size that is perfect to go around the shaft once. Put however many layers of tape you like on, sticky side on the shaft, and use an air compresser to blow the grips on, no mineral spirits needed. Get the grip started onto the shaft and use an air nozzle that has a small tip to push into the hole at the end of the grip and then as you shoot air in there you can just slide the grip on and just keep shooting air into it to reposition it straight. It will not move and it comes right back off the same way just as easily making it simple to save the grip if you want to.

Works great when you reshaft a driver and then decide to cut a 1/2" off later. You blow the grip off quick, cut it, and blow the same grip right back on. You can replace a grip in about 30 seconds if the grip you are taking off was one that you put on this way.

O yeah Im blowing 90% of grips on and off. I know there are a few grips out there that struggle with air so I just want to be prepared for in the future. Anyone who doesnt use air the majority of time is definitely wasting money and time for sure

Wait, the hard part of regripping isn't just getting the old tape off the shaft?
Equipment marketplace - buy, sell, trade! Quote

If you use double-sided tape instead, yes, that is the hard part. Using masking tape eliminates the hard part and no mess since you don't need mineral spirits.

My question came from not realizing you weren't talking about using two sided tape. We always used 2" carpet tape which was basically 2sided masking tape.

Gotcha. Yeah, I used to use that as well until I figured out its not needed.

Forgive my ignorance, but how does the grip stick then, just with tension?

The grip diameter is smaller than the diameter of the shaft so you use air to blow it up enough to slide it over the shaft and once all the air is removed it just sticks due to the size
