I use a trackman sim and am a 15 hc.... for me it's really just a way to avoid going stir crazy and get my golf fix in the winter. That being said the technology is very cool and useful. Good way to get a clear picture of your true swing speed, distances, etc. Errors in path/face angle are easy to see and give clues as to what you need to work on. You can also save all the data as well as swing video to mytrackman site, to review later.
I'd say give it a try, you'll probably be sold after one session.
I can reserve 1 hour/day, but it is allowed to use any non-reserved spot all day. All non-peak hours aka not 16-20 PM there should be a free spot.
I went there for a free trial hour, and I was very spent after one hour, but havent use a golf club in like 6 months prior to that.
Putting and chipping are FFA, you could even practice lobbing if there was no others in the room.
Thing is however that I am a competitive powerlifter with 5xweek training and my actual golf course is only 5-7 mins from where I live.
But I am indeed tempted to go for a month or two, no signup fee and just 1 month cancellation period.
