Have a free weekend. Supposed to get up to 50 degrees tomorrow. Anybody know of a course with no snow on the ground that's open?

Damn this kind of post makes me so happy to live in AZ. Golfing all year long and supposed to be 81 this weekend and courses are in perfect shape...

Online poker in exchange for terrible weather...not even once. (Says the guy that lived in the northeast for the first 32 years of life)
Bovada and live poker, plus amazing golf year round is clearly the right option.

It was just an off-handed remark in response to an off-topic reply. I'd rather stay on topic.

Carry on.

You also left out the 120 days that its to hot to go outside.

Just joking around Durango

I am 29 years old and haven't yet had a day here that's too hot to golf...tee off early or late and/or drink water and duck in and out of shade and use a golf cart. Zero issues at all with heat, but I have issues playing golf in snow and cold temps

100-110 degrees with almost no humidity or scraping ice off your windshield and wishing u could tee it up for 4-6 months /discussion

Not even to mention the ****ty conditions once u can even golf. How many good months of golf do northeastern people get? Like 3-4 max. I feel like my swing is off if there's like a 8 day gap in between my rounds lol

Assuming you're still looking for an answer ... a friend of mine told me that he went down last week to play in the Freehold/Wall area and courses were open/no snow. I think you've got to get south of say 100 on the GSP.

Snow should be gone today or tommorow and courses down near AC will be open this weekend.

http://www.seaoakscc.com/ or www.twisteddune.com are probably best bets

I always hated Sea Oaks greens. Twisted is one of my favs in south jersey since they let the East Course at Blue Heron Pines grow over. West course is always pretty solid too. Man I miss my south Jersey golf

The loss of the BHP East Course is sad. They never developed the property and now it's just overgrown. That was a really good course.

Totally agree - I had a friend with a house on the property there and always loved the challenge of the East course when the wind blew in all directions in the early fall.

Played The Links at Brigantine Beach over the weekend for $35. Course is in okay shape considering the winter. Really wet in some areas, but all in all worth the value to get out for a round.

I heard they had really bad damage there from Sandy. Any signs of that?

No, not really. I do remember that and I want to say that I played it the following spring with no problems.
