Justin says, "I don't think so and I was closest to the ball. I know better than anyone whether I caused it to move. So here is my scorecard. I have put in my score without the penalty, and I signed it."

"You can DQ me for knowingly signing a wrong scorecard, which I am doing, based on the ruling you made. And all those folks on the green out there ready to give speeches and give out trophies....... you can tell them to move aside, because I think you now have get ready for a three person playoff. Don't you? Is it still 18 holes? On Monday? That will be fun. Furyk , what's his name and the other what's his name. "

"Catch ya later ."
Well, to continue this fantasy, we already know the USGA would DQ him in a heartbeat. The R&A wouldn't be far behind. The PGA of America assessed DJ the 2 strokes at Whistling Straits so they're not scared. Lastly, Augusta National does whatever they want at any time and might DQ him faster than the USGA if that's possible.

Long story short, don't **** with the ruling bodies at major championships. They take no prisoners.

The problem is that it's a ****ing terrible rule, and the "more likely than not" (51%) qualifier shouldn't be nearly enough to penalize someone.
Yes there is a huge problem with the enforcement because they're inherently biased humans drawing some imaginary line of more likely than not wherever they feel like. Their process will inevitably lead to favoritism. All sorts of other pros and people who are experts in the rules have looked at the same video and don't think it is more likely than not that Dustin caused the ball to move. Additionally, they ultimately decided to issue the penalty with no additional information from Dustin in the scoring tent or wherever they reviewed it. If this was going to be the case then they should have issued it as soon as they reviewed the video and notified the field.

I don't see how they get to the 51% without being either biased or ******ed. They said the greens were stimping at 14 and Dustin's ball was on a 4 degree slope ffs. We don't have to call Scotland Yard to figure out how the ball could have moved without Dustin causing it. I hope Dustin bangs the officials wives out of spite. Although USGA people would probably like that as long as they could watch.

False. They waited so Dustin could look at it and provide any information or other reason why the ball moved. But without any additional info he was getting penalized, we knew that as soon as they interviewed the rules official during the telecast.

I got banned for speaking truth about another overrated blonde. Guess I should bite my tongue here. Less than 5% of folks on this forum can tell the difference between actual beauty and fabricated run of the mill blonde bull****. Oops tongue slipped. Please god don't ban me again for having an opinion. If I personally attack someone I get it but that last ban was bull****

That's nonsense though, Dustin can provide the information on the 12th tee, he's not any more equipped than them to analyze the video itself. This idea that he's going to go into the tent with 3 hours of grinding a us open between him and the event and be able to watch the video and remember a gust of wind or person stomping by the green but he wouldn't remember it on 12 tee, is just completely ridiculous. The rules shouldn't bend to the better angle shooters, which is exactly what their enforcement process will lead to.

why does someone feel the need to negatively judge a woman's looks on the internet? if others like her looks, so be it.

grunching to a certain degree.............. don't actually have a huge problem with the penalty given the rules, but it strikes me golf has way too many nitty rules. just replace the ball and play the shot if not intentional and/or no advantage gained. i put the and/or because the intentional is hard to judge. but the advantage gained is not.... anyway, replacing the ball just seems so easy in some many cases. wouldn't have saved DJ at W Straights though.

It's sad angry virgins, often longing for the 1950s when men ruled.

I mean, I guess she's not a 10 if your scale of 1-10 is based solely off 4chan boards. **** off, nobody cares about your opinion if you think she's not "real life" hot.

Why are you assuming he is not 16? I would guess no older than 20.
