probably one of the reasons he went with them. but i'm rather shocked he's using an odyssey. i may not believe it until i see it. but then again i was surprised when he went with a nike putter. has he ever used a true insert putter?

McKenzie Hughes is canadian. won as rookie last year.... did fairly well - for a rookie - outside of winning the tournament

there was some guy on yesterday's coverage - one off the lead, played at texas - who i'd never heard of ...... funny name.

btw, not that it matters but why is first web.com tourney sunday through wednesday....... don't think it's the worst idea if they did it other weeks. or maybe monday finish with a fairly late tee off - so spectators can come.

I like the Sunday to Wednesday idea. In the Bahamas tho so no promrtkme coverage. Not sure of that makes sense.

thought it might be error but it isn't............. from one picture i saw it looks extremely windy... i've played twice in caribean - bahamas and PR - and it was really windy those days. could only imagine a "bad day"

8 canadians in the field.......... 1 player of those broke 80. shot a 79.

projected cut is +9 although not sure if their algorithm takes into account extreme scoring conditions so maybe it'll be higher.

how can players be at even par through 30 holes when 7 of 8 players i follow couldn't break 80 on day 1?

There is a guy that shot a ****ing 95 yesterday including a 51 on the back.

3 WDs from guys I've heard of including Major Winner Shaun Micheel who was +8 thru 5 yesterday before saying **** it.

Pinckney made a 10 on #12. Some guy named Conrad Schindler made a 12.

Greg Eason played like I do making a 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the same round.

Brendan de Jonge made an 8 and a 9 on par 4s.

And in my most revolutionary discovery it appears Will Wilcox now goes by Willy.

i was moderately off on the bahamas web.com scores.

i thought both of the first 2 days were decimation.... but today - round 2 - had quite a few reasonable scores. still a high scoring average but not like day 1.

to show you how bad things are/were, of those 8 canadians - 7 of whom shot over 80 and one shot 79 - 4 are forecast to make the cut. cut is projected at 10 over. still players on course tomorrow for round 2.
