Apparently Bubba takes good notes.

After finishing T5 in 2007 US Open at Oakmont, Bubba lent his course notes to Paula Creamer, who won there in 2010.

During a Golf Channel interview today, Bubba indicated he was forced to prepare another set of notes this year as Creamer did not return his 2007 notes.
Quote:
Paula Creamer used our books when she won here. And she didn't send our books back. So, we're making all new notes. That's okay, Paula, no big deal!
45:1. Don't lose those notes!

Lousy field at congressional this week. I can see we're all watching...

In any event, it's no surprise that the Greenbrier was cancelled in two weeks.

I've played Congressional prob 30+ times and it's hardly ever in good shape. Not sure if that factors in or just location on the calendar.

I think it's just a function of where it is on the calendar, in a year that is extra crazy with the Olympics coming up, and no Tiger.

Front nine 32 for Vijay, vying to become oldest tour winner. Barring a terrible close, looks like he'll qualify for the British Open.

Nice to see Hurley win, but Nantz and Faldo are just the worst.

Tiger didn't sound optimistic about playing this year imo.

Yup that sounded like he was not coming back this year. Was nice to hear from him and loved his honesty on the USGA last week.

Feel so old when they talk about the Woods Foundations 20 Th Anniversary

I watched a bit of the coverage on Thursday and was surprised that they were barely even talking about Rahm. Seemed like a good story, and they hardly mentioned him.

I mean he was the number 1 amateur for a long time so no surprise. Not even all interesting like Bryson

I'm feeling bad for Bowditch. +12 in round 1 with no cut. Has he been battling injury or something?

Bowditch shot 4 rounds in the 80s earlier this year I think at Doral?

Point is, he used to it

So basically an average round for him. The better question is how is he still in the top 60

Daniel Berger picked up a cool $50,500 for hitting his tee shot then withdrawing with the Rodney Dangerfield style arm injury.
