It was only a matter of time.

For those of you who remember, myself and BreakYaNeck had a $10 fun bet on who would be the highest ranking golfer after the FedEx finished - Spieth triumphed over McIlroy, so I lost.

Over PMs, BreakYaNeck asked me to suggest a charity, preferably involving children. Because I am in the UK, I could only suggest the charity our club supports each year, which is Derian House, a local children's hospice.

BreakYaNeck said that I should go for that, so I will be making a donation there on his behalf - I said I would make the donation in pounds rather than the dollar equivalent as he had let me choose a UK charity.

He also suggested we have a re-match next year, and I am all for that.

And Graeme Mcdowell hit Kevin Kisner's mom off the tee with his drive.

We have booked the re-match already - so that we can start rooting for our picks straight away.

We have the same players and the loser donates either £10 or $15 in their own country to a charity type that the winner chooses.

The fun bet finishes again at the end of the FedEx.

Good luck BreakYaNeck, but I think Rory will be back at the top soon - he has promised not to play football (soccer to you lot) with his mates again!

Damn Rob Pampling just dropped a 61 on last day of Australian Open. I think the second lowest round this week was 65 or 66

He opened with a bogey too!

Up at nearly 5:00am watching this because winter league was called off because our course is flooded.

I think Jones thought he had missed that winning putt - he looked as nervous as hell looking at the putt from both sides - hardly seemed to concentrate at all - just going through the motions. Well played that he came back though!

So anyone doing some October 2016 forwards trades to hedge against currency changes?

This would be extremely funny if it made sense if the bet was a large one. But it doesn't make sense anyway, but nice try.

I have not paid much attention to the beginning of the season and I gotta fill a 2016 season long salary cap team. Who are some young guys that could have good Justin Thomas & Patrick Rodgers like 2015 seasons?

Thanks in advance.

It would be best if he has a PGA card for this season. Non PGA players do poorly in our pool.

Season (re-)starts tomorrow with the Hawaii swing. Jason Day can assume world #1 with a win. Shane Lowry joins Rory and Justin Rose as eligible participants not playing in the field of 33 winners.

Not sure about Keegan Bradley. Has he put up any results without anchoring?

I have Reed in survivor this weekend. Partially since he won last year and partially so I can ignore him the rest of the year

I like that strategy. Reed annoys me for some reason.
