If Tiger can putt this year they will be playing for 2nd all year long. He's missed 3 greens the whole tourney.

Re: 2012 European Tour Thread AKA TIGER ON THE PROWL

That was a pretty crucial bomb from the fringe to birdie and take the lead by 1.

Coverage started at 3am Eastern, not 4.

Sick that Rory would be tied for the lead with Tiger if not for that stupid 2 stroke penalty for wiping sand from the fringe.

Rory should of known better.

“I don’t think you can do that,” Luke Donald, his playing partner, informed him. “Oh yeah, I can’t,” he replied. Cue a two-stroke penalty — and a flush of embarrassment.

Wow. You can ascertain a potential year long domination from 3 whole rounds of tee to green action. Amazing.

And people wonder why I laugh at the fanboys.

Not a tiger fan.

But i do agree with pdxmike. His ballstriking has been better this week than the past couple of years. Missed 8 greens the first 3 rounds, which was best in the field.

Rock playing smooth atm, Hanson not so much, Tiger just kinda treading water. This coverage is so much better than the U.S.

OK, let's use your logic for a moment. He's missed four greens in a row, he's obviously hitting it awful and if he doesn't chip and putt well the rest of the year he'll miss more cuts than he makes. Makes just as much sense as your statement although my "last four holes" statement is accurate while your "missed three greens through three rounds" is grossly inaccurate as he's actually missed eight.

He's struck it well this tournament so far without question, you just need to work on your sample size. But hey, I'm just learning about this game.
