San Antonio, Texas is the worst city I ever been to. I felt like I was in a scene from I am legend. No one on the streets except for the occasional zombied out crackhead.

Does anyone actually go to Denpasar? and if so why?

having only visited the west USA, Baja Cal - Mexico, Aus, bali, NZ and Fiji I feel a little under qualified to dob any city in....

Tijuana was by far the sadest site I have ever seen. shanties with rubbish strewn outside of them looking over San Diego, must just destroy the ideals of kids looking out those tin windows.

Well you have to go to Denpasar since that's where the airport is. But really Kuta is what I meant, the place is a cesspool of trash, thieves and scum.

Obv I give a **** because when you are on 3-4 day visit Paris and you want to check as many places as you can, you spend half your time in the smelly underground, unless you want to spend a fortune on taxis.
We are not talking about some shiithole in a third world country where you can eat for a dollar and bang a two dolla hooka.
It's ****ing Paris ffs.
I pay 6 euros for a drink and a bag full of money for hotels so I expect from their city to invest some money in their transportation system at least.
And it's not only the metro, the whole city left a dirty impression on me with extremely filthy restrooms even in big name cafeterias like Starbucks, fast food chains etc, homeless bums and a smell of piss everywhere, even Champs Elysees.
So yeah, Paris was a bit of a disappointment for me, world city my ass.
I expect much more from one of the most expensive cities in the world.
It has some great old architecture to see and that's about it.

Maybe I felt this way because I live in a top notch country atm (Netherlands) where you DO pay a huge amount of money on taxes but you DO see the effect of that money well spent all around you.

i somewhat agree. the tourist attractions and main area are what makes paris. it's pretty poor beyond that, i find.

i'm going to say jakarta, indonesia. saw rats on the street alot and when car head lights would show incredible amounts of smog at night......... having said that, there were alot of aspects of the city that i liked.

Lived in Augusta for three years, but it's not really a "city" most people had visited.

And for the record: I'm from Binghamton NY. I'm pretty sure that if you aren't from there and had ever visited, it would be near the top of this list.

Even as a proud Englishman, Id have to say London, hate the place with a passion.

Yeah, when I made my pick for Sharm El Sheikh, Kuta is the other city I thought of. I planned to stay there for 3 nights and only spent one. Headed to Ubud first thing in the morning.

London is a cool city, expensive but definitely worth the visit

I'm English and I think its a great place to visit. I can imagine its a bit of a grind living there though, I was a student there and enjoyed it for that length of time though.

Great place to visit as a tourist though. Been 3 times and would go back again in a heart beat.

LOL its not that bad in the whole scheme of touristy places by the sea. I could give you 10 worse with Blackpool being at the top of the list.
