guess ill be the first as no one has yet and this thread needs it...... met a g-club girl off of some internet dating site (id put the odds of that happing at .009%). but nonetheless she messaged me first in complete thai which i replied to by cut and pasting thai words i know into a sentence asking her for her mobile. being i can speak a little thai but cannot actually write it i used thai2english.com to piece the sentence together and she replied with a message "I just ¾ of the telephone is lost the other day I regret Jing Jing I want to know more about multiplication" that had obviously been put through one of those busto thai2english translators (ive found this one to be most effective far as translating thai to english bookmark it imo http://www.mamatranslation.com/english/thai/) so i sent her mine and one night at 4am she called me after work. The next day i met her in front of her work to go eat in ekkamai. =)

A day or two after the whining and dining (busto thai food spot) she came by before work and ended up missing it which cost her (not me) some moneys for not showing up (som nam na). turns out they make more than 90% of the thai people out here (going home with customers of the venue is not by anymeans a requirement for those that dont know and wasnt accounted for when making the statement above) and in some cases more than busto teachers. LOL After everything was said and done i turned on some music and was treated to a wonderful display of gclubaments in my bedroom. being that legit coyotes have surpassed innocent non english speaking thai girls on my sliding scale of what i prefer/like/enjoy the most it was definitely a fist pump when she bent over and touched her toes during the dance she did for me. sabai sabai na..end of TR

Yes you can get a nice place for 30k or less - but for twice that (or more) you can get some reaaaally baller places, in sick locations, with sicker views.

You should go try and talk people driving Mercedes' into selling them and getting Honda's because there is 'no need' to spend the extra money.

(my place is 50k per month - my last place was 20k per month - my new place is worth every Baht extra)

I went around with an agent yesterday and she negotiated prices before we arrived that were much cheaper than what I was quoted when I called the same places. These were serviced apartments though, if that makes a difference.

umm no.

if you can get some place for 10k a month signing a year it doesnt mean you will get the same place for 10k a month only staying a month, even in low season. and arent most these types of places in BKK requiring 6/12 month contract min anyway? that makes one month deals more valuable (obv i am not commenting who you have to live with if there is even need for that, just the value of the room)

if they took the place for a year and try to rent out the 4th room for 50k a month for a year they might make 35-40k/month on average depending on how lucky they get
