Room for rent in pokerhouse in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Hi guys have some room for rent in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
House is located in San Sai in 24h secured moo ban (small community, like village). Its around 20 minutes to city center with clubs and restaurants. There is recently opened big shopping mall with a lot of restaurants and shops (biggest one in city) only 5 minutes away from house.
We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level we have huge living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and grind room with desk and chair waiting for you. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen is equiped only in most needed Kitchenware like fridge, stove with oven, microvawe, and tableware. We are not cooking in house so we dont have any pots (only pan). House is surrounded with pretty big garden. We have stable wifi and cable internet, maid cleaning house and laundring twice a week and gardener. There is also common swiming pool in neighberhood.
We are asking for 13,000THB + utilities (we may consider short terms if room is empty). Bedroom is equiped with aircon, king size bed, wardrobe and small desk. Room is available from 15th December till 15th February. After that time we will most likely move to newer house located in neighberhood and propably there will be also room free.
Something about roommates:
We are both mid 20's Polish NL Holdem FR grinders. We like sports, drinking and eating good food. We are not cooking so we are eating outside everyday. We are going to the gym 3 times a week, playing football twice a week.
