Yourface on 2p2 and I have a 400sq meter 4BR penthouse in Bangkok. Our lease ends in August and we currently have 2 rooms available until then. Our place is located on Ekkamai with plenty of restaurant and nightlife options nearby. Most of the 2p2ers also live in this area. The price for rent is around 30k baht or $1k depending on which room on a month to month basis. If you're interested in staying longer the price can come down.

The building has a large swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant that delivers, mini mart, gym, sauna, salon, and a bunch of other stuff. We have 100mb true cable internet, which isn't as good as western internet, but probably the best option available in Bangkok as far as I know. We employ a live in maid that cooks, cleans, and does laundry. A few disclosures, I have a newborn daughter. You cannot hear her in any of the bedrooms, and the noise hasn't been an issue. Also, Nick (yourface) is gay (he's Canadian). You also cannot hear him in any of the bedrooms.

a couple more notes. the apartment is a duplex with 3 of the bedrooms on the top floor, including the 2 that are up for sublet. the last photo john posted of the apartment is the view from the second floor

both of the available rooms have a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom

Stayed there for 3+ months and agree with what he posted. Great location - less than 1$ motorbike ride to the BTS (skytrain). Awesome pool and balcony/view. Penthouse 27th and 28th floor. Sick massage place accross the street (legit massage). Good food all around. Easy as there is no lease/utilities/maid to set up. Setting up anything in thailand is a pain in the ass. I'm interested

Stayed there for the month of december. Everything said above is spot on. Nick and John were very helpful hosts. They showed me around town, introduced me to other 2p2ers and basically helped me out with anything i needed to know. This condo has everything you need, definitely made my stay in bangkok easy.

I am living in the appartment right now. Beans and Yourface r definately some weird dudes. There are toilet paper rolls all over the place. Who knows what they r doing with it when one goes to sleep ;-).
